Clearspring Organic Sweet White Miso is a traditional Japanese "Kyoto-style" soy miso. It is a short-aged, light miso made of rice and soya beans. It is ideal for seasoning light soups, and makes a good substitute for dairy ingredients in dips, dressings, sauces and spreads.
Clearspring Sweet white miso is made in small batches to maintain its special quality. Its light colour may darken over time due to natural ageing, but this does not alter its flavour.
