We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, if you aren’t, simply return the item(s) for FREE, within 14 days of ordering, and we’ll exchange or refund it.
What about shipping?
Shipping is not covered in the refund cost. You must ensure the product is sent back before the 14 days time period elapses.

Lost products
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us; phone 01234 219618 or email us. Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch date.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be processed as soon as we can. The refund will be completed within 14 days from when we receive the items.
Can I return to store?
If you would like to return your item(s) to store, please bring along your order dispatch email, a member of staff will be happy to help issue a refund or exchange.
Damaged products
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, just return it to us and we will happily replace it.
